Overview.
LD series electromagnetic flowmeter is composed of two parts: sensor and converter. Belongs to the velocity flow meter, it is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction work, used to measure the conductivity greater than 5uS/cm conductive liquid volume flow, is an inductive instrument for measuring the volume flow of conductive media. In addition to measuring the volume flow of general conductive liquids, it can also be used to measure the volume flow of strong acids, strong alkalis and other strong corrosive liquids and mud, slurry, pulp and other uniform liquid-solid two-phase suspended liquids. Widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, light textile, paper, environmental protection, food and other industrial sectors and municipal management, water conservancy construction, river dredging and other fields of flow measurement.

Working principle.
According to Faraday electromagnetic induction principle, a pair of detecting electrodes are installed on the wall of the pipe perpendicular to the axis of the measuring tube and the magnetic force line, when the conductive liquid moves along the axis of the measuring tube, the conductive liquid cuts the magnetic force line to produce the induced potential, this induced potential is detected by the two detecting electrodes, the value size is proportional to the flow as
E = KBVD formula: E - induced potential: D - electrode spacing; (measuring tube diameter) B - magnetic induction strength: V - the average flow rate of conductive liquid; K - with the magnetic field distribution and axial length of the relevant coefficient.
The sensor takes the induced potential E as the flow signal, transmits it to the converter, and after amplification, conversion filter and a series of digital processing, displays the instantaneous flow rate and the accumulated flow rate by dot matrix LCD with backlight. The converter has 4~20mA output, upper and lower limit alarm output and frequency/pulse output, and is equipped with RS-485 and other communication interfaces, Hart protocol.
Features.
1. No flow blocking parts in the measuring tube, the pressure loss is zero, not easy to block.
2. As long as the reasonable choice of electrode and lining materials, you can achieve the requirements of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, temperature resistance.
3. The measurement result is basically independent of the physical parameters such as pressure, temperature, density, viscosity and conductivity of the liquid (not less than the minimum conductivity), and is not affected by the environment, so the measurement accuracy is high, stable and reliable.
4. Using modern analog signal conversion technology and high-performance super large-scale integrated chip, the signal is isolated, filtered, amplified and digitally processed. Accurate display of measurement results.
5. Automatic monitoring and correction of parameters affecting the measurement results, such as zero drift correction, and the setting and correction of segmented flow coefficients for the full range, thus expanding the measurement range, improving the degree of intelligence and measurement accuracy, and greatly improving the stability performance.
6. With the measured value of power failure protection and over-range alarm function, the flow direction of the fluid in the sensor can be set, so the sensor installation is not limited by the direction of liquid flow, and can achieve two-way flow measurement.
7. With backlight dot matrix double-row flow display, while displaying the instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, and can display the working status, parameters, measurement units, etc.
8. electromagnetic flowmeter range wide (maximum flow / minimum flow), the normal range of 20:1, generally 30:1 or greater.
9. Instrument configuration with a variety of output functions, can be used with computers, unit combination instrumentation, can complete the requirements of printing, communication and networking.

浮子在丈量管里是“飘浮”的,此时显示的刻度即液体的体积流量与以下量相关,转子较大横截面积和锥管之间的环隙面积、转子体积、转子较大横截面积、转子材料密度、流体密度相关。那样分析下来,倘若不是挺直设备,浮子在丈量管里受重力影响没法“飘浮”,底子没法丈量。
