LZ series metal tube float flowmeter (also known as metal rotor flowmeter) is a variable area flowmeter, with simple structure, reliable work, wide range of applications, high accuracy, easy installation and so on. Metal tube float flowmeter is composed of measuring tube body, orifice plate and float (cone tube and float) and magnetic conversion instrument. Working principle.
LZ series metal tube float flowmeter for variable area flowmeter, that is, in the vertical measuring tube of the flowmeter, when the fluid flows upward through the tube, the float moves upward, at a certain position the lift force on the float and the float gravity to reach a balance, at this time the float and the orifice plate (or cone tube) between the circulation ring gap area to maintain a certain.
The ring gap area is proportional to the float's rise height, i.e. a certain height of the float represents the size of the flow. When the float moves up and down, the position is transferred to the external indicator in the form of magnetic coupling, so that the pointer of the indicator follows the float movement and indicates the flow rate on the dial. The electric remote transmission type is to indicate the flow rate on the spot with the pointer and then convert the flow rate value into a standard 4-20mA signal accurately through the angular displacement sensor or electric transmission circuit.
