详细检验方法为：（1）测量励磁线圈阻值辨别励磁线圈能否有匝间短路状况（测试线号“7”与“8”之间的阻值），阻值应在30欧~170欧之间。若电阻与出厂记述相同，则认为线圈优良，从而间接点评电磁流量计传感器的磁场强度未发病转变。（2）测量励磁线圈对地（测试线号“1”和“7”或“8”）绝缘电阻来辨别感应器能否返潮，阻值应超过20兆欧。（3）测量电级与液态触碰阻值（测试线号“1”和“2”及“1”和“3”），间接点评电级、内衬层表面大概状况。如电级表面和内衬层能否粘附堆积层，堆积层是具备导电性还是绝缘性。他们之间的阻值应在1千欧~1兆欧之间，而且线号“1”和“2”及“1”和“3”的阻值应大概对称。（4）关掉管路上的闸阀，查验电磁流量计在充满液体且液态无活动的情况下的整机零点。视情况作适当的调节。
