Overview.

LUXZ type series rotary vortex flowmeter is a new type of gas flow meter developed by our company with domestic leading level. The flowmeter set flow, temperature, pressure detection function in one, and can be temperature, pressure, compression factor automatic compensation, is the petroleum, chemical, electric power, gold and other industries for gas measurement of the ideal instrument.

Working principle.

The flow sensor's circulation profile is similar to the Venturi tube's profile. On the inlet side is placed a set of spiral-type guide vanes, when the fluid enters the flow sensor, the guide vanes force the fluid to produce a violent vortex flow. When the fluid enters the diffusion section, the vortex flow by the role of reflux, began to make secondary rotation, the formation of gyroscopic vortex into the phenomenon. The frequency of the feed is proportional to the size of the flow, not affected by the physical properties of the fluid and density, the detection element to measure the frequency of the secondary rotation of the fluid into a good linearity in a wide range of flow. The signal is amplified by the preamplifier, filtered and shaped into a pulse signal proportional to the flow rate, and then sent to the microprocessor with the temperature, pressure and other detection signals for the accumulation of processing, and finally the measurement results (instantaneous flow, cumulative flow and temperature, pressure data) are displayed on the LCD screen.

固定式超声波流量计和携带式超声波流量计换能器供电方式不同能够分成外夹式、插式、管段式三种优质塑管流量计。

(1)外贴式：外夹式超声波流量计是生产较早，客户较了解且应用较普遍的超声波流量计，安装换能器无需管道掉线，即贴既用，它充分体现了超声波流量计安装简单、使用方便的特点。

(2)管段式：一些管道因材料疏、导声不良，或是生锈严重，内衬和管道内空间有间隙等原因，造成超音波信号衰减严重，用外贴式超声波流量计没法正常测量，因此智能流量积算仪产生了管段式超声波流量计。管段式超声波流量计把换能器和测量管构成一体，解决了外贴式流量计在测量里的一个难题。并且测量精度也比其他超声波流量计要高，但从而牺牲了外贴式超声波流量计持续流安装这一优势，规定割开管道安装换能器。

(3)插式：插入式超声波流量计处于以上二者中间。在安装上能够持续流，运用专门工具在有水的管道上打孔，把换能器插进管道内，完成安装。
