Sensor and display meter supporting the use, suitable for measuring closed pipeline with stainless steel 0Cr18Ni9, 2CrI3, hard alloy does not corrode, and no fibers, particles and other impurities of the liquid. The sensor is suitable for the medium whose viscosity is less than 5×10^-6m^2/s at working temperature. For the liquid whose viscosity is greater than 5×10^-6m^2/s, the sensor should be calibrated for real liquid and then used.

Working principle.

In a certain flow range, the pulse frequency is proportional to the fluid flowing through the sensor (instantaneous flow rate Q), and the flow rate calculation formula is as follows:

①现场情况简介在现场的具体使用中,安装氧化锆及表头后,经过较长时间系统才开始试运转。氧化锆电池发生老化、积尘、受SO2和SO3对电池的浸蚀等很多干扰因素的影响,运作情况下,仪器参数将发生慢慢转变,而给测量带来偏差,电池老化表现在内阻上升和本底辐射电势增大2个基本参数上。试运情况下氧量显示比预期的稍低。耐腐金属管浮子流量计试运结束后,氧化锆氧量计表头显示18%-19%,不能测量(空气中氧含量约为21%)。
②改造前状况试运转阶段,氧量值稍低,完毕试运以后测量空气中氧含量也显著稍低。
