Overview.

The sensor is suitable for the medium whose viscosity is less than 5×10＾-6m＾2/s at working temperature. For the liquid whose viscosity is greater than 5×10＾-6m＾2/s, the sensor should be calibrated for real liquid and then used.

Working principle.
